Are you an experienced scheduling coordinator ready to shine in a dynamic dental practice? Look no further! Our single doctor general dentistry practice is seeking a skilled team player with exceptional customer service skills to join us as a Scheduling Coordinator.

About Us: We take pride in delivering exceptional patient care and seek someone who shares our philosophy. From managing appointments to insurance verification and billing (no HMOs, all PPO and fee for service), your contributions will make a real difference.

Position Details:

Hours: 4 days a week
Compensation: Competitive hourly pay, plus sick, vacation, holiday pay, and 401K

Primary Responsibilities:

Scheduling appointments
Insurance verification and billing
Treatment plan presentations

Answering phones and responding to emails

Requirements:

At least 2 years working in the dental field required

Experience with Dentrix is a plus
