About Queen Warriors: Queen Warriors is dedicated to making health and wellness accessible to everyone. We aim to foster a vibrant community where every member can achieve their health and fitness goals. As part of our commitment to our community, we are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Nutrition Coach to join our team and lead our efforts in providing expert nutrition guidance.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare and Educate: Develop and prepare 30-minute educational sessions on various nutrition topics. These sessions are to be prepared and submitted to leadership for review 30 days in advance.
• Weekly Classes: Host live 30-minute sessions every Thursday at 7 PM (4 - 30 minute sessions per month at a total of 2 hours), providing valuable nutrition information and engaging with our community.
• Equipment Setup: Coordinate with the head of the QW studio to ensure all necessary equipment is available to stream sessions with high-quality video and audio.
• Interactive Engagement: Conduct Q&A during the sessions to interact directly with participants and address their queries.
• Community Involvement: Actively engage in our Facebook group to build rapport and foster a sense of community among members.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Team Collaboration: Attend weekly and monthly team meetings, as well as company-wide meetings to align with broader company goals.
• Cross-Departmental Initiatives: Work closely with the Head of Content, Head of Product, and other relevant team members to:
  • Develop strategies and coaching initiatives to enhance community engagement.
  • Plan and produce nutrition instructional videos for the QWTV website.
  • Create and refine Queen Warriors Nutrition Guides as required.
  • Advocate for community needs to ensure high member retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Certified 
• Proven experience as a Nutrition Coach, Dietitian, or similar role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage and inspire a community.
• Technical proficiency to manage live streaming setups with support from our studio team.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Compensation: $150.00 per session (30 minutes)
