We are looking for a friendly and dependable Customer Service Representative/Receptionist to join our growing agency. The qualified candidate must enjoy helping people and be computer-efficient and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Answering inbound phone calls and making outbound calls.
Supporting teammates with follow-up for clients and prospects.
Research and resolve billing questions.
Promptly respond to client needs either on the phone or electronically.
Cultivate new opportunities and offer additional lines of insurance.
Assist with other office duties as they arise and are needed.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Organized, structured, and punctual.
Patient, respectful, reliable, trustworthy, friendly, supportive, kind, ethical, and honest.
Customer Service: 1 year.
P&C license a plus.
