Job Description: As an Internet Sales Associate at Platinum Ford North, you'll play a crucial role in our digital sales strategy, engaging with customers online to drive sales and build relationships. You'll leverage your communication skills and digital savvy to connect with prospects, provide information, and guide them through the online sales process.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers through email, chat, and social media platforms to answer inquiries and provide information about our vehicles and services
• Follow up with leads in a timely manner and maintain communication throughout the sales process
• Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with prospects to earn their trust and confidence
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from online engagement to in-person dealership visits
• Stay informed about our inventory, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers
• Track and report on online sales activities, including lead generation, conversions, and customer feedback

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in internet sales, customer service, or a related field preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers remotely
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in email, chat, and social media platforms
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
