TITLE: Verify/Relief
DEPARTMENT: Rotocure
Full Time
2nd Shift: 5pm-5am Standard Tues, Wed, Thurs (Occasional OT)
ESSENTIAL TASKS, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE:
Set up machines and assist others with set ups, when necessary.
Contact supervisor when issues occur that may affect quality and productivity.
Promote good housekeeping, 5S, and safety practices in all activities.
Must be able to perform all tasks assigned.
Must have the ability to solve technical issues.
Must have the ability to lift 35 lbs. unassisted.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to risk of electrical shock. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; high precarious places; outside weather conditions; extreme cold; extreme heat and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

2nd Shift: 5pm-5am Standard Tues, Wed, Thurs (Occasional OT)
ESSENTIAL TASKS, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Check Schedule for what product is scheduled to be run.
- Make sure packing supplies that will be needed for run are available.
- Check Scale accuracy and note on Takeoff Equipment Safety and Scales Check Sheet.
- Assist Operator in starting stock in to Rotocure.
- Record weight on Bar Coded ID ticket.
- Make labels and verify into production keying in hardness, gauges, (high and low, length, and mix date.
- Move rolls to a skid next to Take-off area. Package rolls on skid per schedule instructions.
- Give the inspector, the Rotocure Operator, and the Millman their breaks, performing their duties as laid out in the work instructions for each job.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Be able to read a thickness gauge, tape measure, and hardness gauge.
- Have knowledge of all controls that pertain to job, including safety stops.
