Key Job Elements: 

• Design and detail electrical components and systems to provide useful and safe equipment 
• Design power distribution systems 
• Design equipment control systems 
• Create Bills of Material in the corporate ERP system 
• Perform prototype assembly and testing of components and sub-modules 
• Perform cost effective engineering exercises to reduce cost of current components 
• Occasional Domestic travel is required 
• Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications: 

Required 

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering  
• Strong CAD experience 
• Proficiency with agency compliance codes such as NEC, NFPA, UL, CE 
• Minimum 2 years experience in electrical design 

Preferred 

• 2 years experience with AutoCAD or other 2D drafting package 
• 2 years design experience with automated equipment
