As a Technical Consultant you will be successful by design mapping and solutioning profitable, custom integrations for our customers. 


Responsibilities 

  • Conduct deep dive Discovery sessions to identify business needs/processes and finalize requirements gathering, resulting in creation of SOW.
  • Provide effort estimation for analysis, mapping, testing. 
  • Log billable hours as required to ensure maximization of profitability.
  • Accelerate time to value by clarifying any Solutions approach cross departmentally with CS and Product teams.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on resolving complex challenges and ability to prioritize accordingly.
  • Project manage as needed to ensure on time delivery.
  • Identify gaps and provide recommendations to both internal Product teams and Client.

What You Bring To The Team

  • 3+ years Supply Chain, Delivery experience in business analysis or IT field.
  • Familiarity with tracking billable hours
  • Experience analyzing EDI specifications.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Advanced technical skills, including familiarity with a wide variety of data file types    such as XML and JSON.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • A history of leading and supporting successful projects.


Preferred

  • Able to read/write basic programming scripts in a language like Node.js or Python.
  • Experience using Cargowise.

    Compensation

    The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $93,000 USD.
    Actual compensation is based on a range of factors including the candidate's skill set, experience, education, certifications, and training.
