Sales Agent Director

As the Sales Agent Director at Florida Merchant Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales agents and ensuring the smooth functioning of our sales operations. This role combines elements of office management with a focus on sales team leadership.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Sales Team Management:** Lead and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

2. **Training and Development:** Conduct training sessions for new and existing sales agents to enhance their skills and product knowledge.

3. **Performance Monitoring:** Track sales metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

4. **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and promote customer retention.

5. **Administrative Tasks:** Handle administrative duties such as scheduling, reporting, and inventory management to ensure efficient operations.

6. **Compliance:** Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards within the sales team.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in sales management or a related field

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

- Knowledge of sales techniques and CRM software

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
