Job Description

The right candidate will have at least two years’ experience as a personal lines customer service representative, with an active 4-40/2-20 insurance license. Good interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work independently, willingness to learn and take on new tasks.

Job Responsibilities/Requirements:

Minimum two (2) years as a personal lines customer service representative.
Strong oral, written, telephone, interpersonal and organizational skills.
High proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
Comfortable communicating with clients, senior level executives, and business owners.
Willingness to provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to clients and producers.
Active 2-20 or 4-40 license.
