H&K Equipment, Inc. is Pittsburgh’s number one mobile material handling equipment dealership that specializes in the selling, leasing, refurbishing, and servicing of industrial equipment and mobile construction machinery including forklift trucks, container handlers, railcar movers, industrial floor sweepers and scrubbers, yard spotter trucks and even high-end granite countertops. We are currently seeking an Accounting Clerk who will assist our accounting department in Coraopolis, PA. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a willingness to perform routine administrative work, billing, answer phones, process credit card payments, cash receipts, and assist A/R.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Review, sort, and process vendor invoices
Address and correct discrepancies
Assist with bank deposits and post payments to customer accounts
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines and pressures
Maintain general filing systems

REQUIREMENTS

Able to effectively communicate with our vendors, customers, technicians, and management team.
Strong work ethic and being proactive in seeking the next job or project
Solid computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other programs
Experience working in an office and a team environment
Strong writing, reading, speaking, and listening skills
Must be well organized and have a strong attention to details
AP/AR experience preferred
High School Diploma or equivalency
