We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Executive Chef at The Legacy Golf Course at the 19 located in Mason City, Iowa.  We are excited to add this year-round leadership role to our culinary team!

Responsibilities: 

• Enjoy a high level of creative freedom with menu planning and design allowing you to develop and execute innovative menus in line with the restaurant's concept.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency.
• This role will be responsible for lunch & dinner service  - Wed-Sunday; and Grab & Go options to the Cabana during normal prep hours
• Event Catering upon request
• Lead, mentor, and manage kitchen staff for optimal performance.
• Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize kitchen efficiency.
• Collaborate with management to meet budgetary goals.
• Stay current on culinary trends and continuously enhance skills.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a respected high-volume kitchen.
• Culinary degree or equivalent qualification.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Creative menu development and a passion for culinary excellence.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
