Larson Systems Inc, an integrated and diversified employer in Ham Lake MN, seeks a commercial/industrial facilities maintenance technician to join our team. Skilled with building technology with a strong mechanical aptitude and experience? This could be the job for you!
Responsibilities:
- Work in the facilities maintenance division to service and maintain our buildings, building systems and industrial machinery
- Trouble shoot and repair issues with equipment and building systems- work with maintenance manager to contract out as needed
- If, and when needed, assist with grounds and snowplowing projects
- According to a rotation schedule, participate in on site installations of commercial kennel products from 3-5 days. Travel pay differential applies.
Qualifications
- 3 + years of full-time commercial building systems maintenance desired -or-
- Certificate or degree in building sciences, building technology is desirable -or-
- CNC machine maintenance skills or related is highly desirable
- Strong mechanical skills
- Proficient with hand tools and commercial/industrial building equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload including bending, lifting, pushing, pulling etc.
- Driver's license in good standing (Class A is desirable but not required)
- Willingness to travel when needed
