Concrete Foreman Lead

Concrete foreman / lead man needed. Must have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience, be able to read plans, communicate and work with others well as well as job site superintendents. Bilingual is a plus! Must know ADA requirements, set forms and finish concrete.

Job Description
Supervise employees while performing work
Make Schedule for work
Ensure schedule is on track
Coordinate with architects, engineers, inspectors and suppliers
Inspect work in progress to ensure good workmanship and adherence to construction documents and schedule
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
5 - 7 years Superintendent / Foreman experience in the construction industry
Trade experience required
Knowledge and experience of ADA ramps, equipment operating is definitely a PLUS!
Knowledge of construction methods and OSHA construction regulations
- Wage: $40 - $50
pay is based on experience, starting at $40.
