Full-time and remote Senior Inside National Account Sales Representative
Genetco is a full line private distributor of generic pharmaceuticals. We service all sectors of the industry. We also service the entire United States and have been doing so for over 38 years.
The Senior Inside National Account Sales Representative will be accountable for all aspects of customer service, including the responsibility of sales growth and new customer accounts. The successful candidate will become a subject matter expert on our products for the purpose of marketing via internal phone calls.
PLEASE DO NOT APPLY WITHOUT MEETING THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
● 5 or more years as an inside sales rep in the pharmaceutical generic distributor field
● Candidates should have prior successful telephone sales experience. Prior internal phone sales industry experience in the generic distribution and or wholesaler environment is a must.
The core focus of this position is on sales growth and development and having an ownership mentality with your book of business.
The successful candidate will have the ability to call the customer, sell the products to them using effective selling skills and techniques and programs to make the sale, and follow up with the customer to ensure future orders. The candidate must be able to develop new sales areas, through outbound & inbound calls, referrals, and emails to Pharmacies nationwide. Additional Requirements:
● Ability to adapt to rapid change, working under pressure and manage time effectively.
● Self-driven and motivated
● Ability to develop sales growth ongoing (book of business)
● Achieve new account acquisition, account expansion, and account retention, while facilitating Customer orders and requests
● Ability to make 70-80 calls per day on average.
● Achieve assigned monthly sales and customer objectives.
● A Goal Oriented person is a must!
A base salary and uncapped commission are offered. Compensation includes salary and benefits offered.
Business Hours are Monday through Friday 9-5:30 pm EST.
