Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Operations (Patrol) Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate field operations, ensuring the highest level of service delivery to our clients. The Field Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in leading, training, and supporting our patrol officers while maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patrols, ride-alongs, training sessions, and coaching sessions with patrol officers.
• Supervise and support patrol officers in the field, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Manage employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient resource allocation.
• Control overtime costs and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
• Coordinate and conduct candidate interviews for patrol officer positions.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing updates as needed.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and critical incidents, providing guidance and support to patrol officers as necessary.
• Monitor and respond to emails and other forms of communication in a timely manner.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Proven experience in security operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role a plus but not required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and clients.
• Experience conducting patrols and handling emergencies.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and other relevant tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
