What You’ll Do:

  • Tech Whisperer: You’ll be the go-to guru for all things IT. From troubleshooting to problem-solving, you’ll make tech magic happen.
  • User Happiness Engineer: When our customers need assistance, you’ll swoop in with a smile (even if it’s over the phone) and provide top-notch support. You will also train customers on implemented technology and help troubleshoot any potential issues in the field.
  • Ticket Tamer: You’ll manage help desk tickets like a pro, ensuring timely resolutions and keeping our team’s spirits high.
  • Collaboration Champion: Working together is our jam! You’ll collaborate with other tech wizards to tackle challenges and celebrate victories.
  • Innovation Instigator: Got an idea? We’re all ears! Your fresh perspective will help us level up our tech game.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Tech Enthusiast: You live and breathe IT. It’s not just a job; it’s your passion project.
  • Experience: You’ve got the chops – proven track record in IT support or a similar role. You’ll have at least one year’s technical experience in any industry or two years technical training.
  • Problem-Solver Extraordinaire: When others see roadblocks, you see opportunities.
  • Team Spirit: Collaboration is your secret sauce. You thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere.
  • Software Savvy: Strong technical understanding of PC Hardware, Software, and light networking. Imaging Software such as GHOST or other equivalents. Light network management: Toning lines and performing cross connects. A+ Cert or ability to obtain quickly. MS Office 2007 – Office 365.
  • Flexibility: Ready to rock during regular hours and occasionally after hours? Let’s do this!
  • Being There: You’re known for being timely, responsible, and organized.
