Salary Range: $38 to $50 Hourly

We are looking for a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or high level Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experienced with Quadriplegia and Ventilator Management.

Responsibilities:

• Perform care as defined by client's individual Plan of Care and within scope of state's nurse practice act.
• Conducting diagnostic tests to assess lung capability and capacity.
• Administering treatments such as oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and assist with periodic ventilator management.
• Educating patients and their families about respiratory health.
• Performing respiratory auscultation.
• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date charts and records.
• Assisting and collaborating with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

• Current unrestricted license in Pennsylvania (Registered Nurse) or LPN License
• Experience in Quadriplegia and Ventilator Management
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (National League of Nursing accredited program)
• Minimum 2 years experience on your license
• Reliable car/auto insurance
• Clean background and criminal record
• Understands regulatory compliance with state and federal regulations
• Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality
