Human Resources Manager Description

Our client in the transportation industry is looking for a Human Resources Manager to join their team in San Antonio, TX. This new role offers a unique opportunity to establish and lead the HR department for a company of ~100 employees. As the HR Manager, you’ll manage all key HR functions, including talent acquisition, payroll, benefits administration, training, and compliance. To qualify, you must be bilingual in Spanish and possess HR experience in manufacturing. Beyond that, our client seeks an HR professional who has worked in similar- sized companies and has a strong grasp of HR compliance. Human Resources Manager Responsibilities

• Lead the HR department
• Conduct onboarding and new hire orientation
• Lead compensation and benefits initiatives
• Administer HRIS system (Workday)
• Oversee payroll
• Lead employee training and development efforts
• Analyze HR data to create metrics
• Recruit, interview, and hire for open positions
• Ensure legal compliance with state and federal HR regulations

Human Resources Manager Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish required
• 4+ years of HR experience required
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment required
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Must be willing to work onsite in San Antonio, TX
