Office Administration
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Office Administration for a company based in Tomball, Tx. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for the requisition and delivery of materials to vendors and managing inventory in a fast-paced, warehouse setting.

Pay Rate
$17.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8 00 am to 5 00 pm.

Office Administration Duties and Responsibilities
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite (Excel, Word, Outlook; Teams is a plus)
• Experience with ERP’s and CRM’s preferred.
• Researching and organizing small company functions both internally and at restaurants
• Monitoring job websites for activity, light screen and alerting hiring managers
• Attendance and PTO data entry and reporting.

Office Administration Qualifications and Requirements
• 1+ years in administrative work in an office environment
• Highly organized, able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Excellent and professional written and verbal communication skills including spelling and grammar
• Must be able to work positively and effectively with others
