Accounts Receivables Clerk

Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our American Glass Professionals team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for timely billing of completed jobs, uploading and creating invoices on partner platforms, and accurately applying payments received to specific job files. The Accounts Receivable Clerk will also be responsible for other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

This is a full time, in office position.

Responsibilities:

• Process and record all incoming payments accurately and efficiently.
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Prepare and send out invoices to customers in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.
• Assist with month-end closing and other accounting tasks as needed.
• On a daily basis, create billings for prior day jobs completed.
• Ensure all documentation required by insurance companies is compiled in job file prior to issuing invoice.
• Upload or create invoices on partner platforms (Lynx, Safelite) including submitting all required documentation (POPs, Calibration reports) when indicated.
• Apply payments received (check and ACH) to job files in both Windshield Valet and Glass biller daily.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
