Brand new opportunity for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, supporting a manufacturing company in Louisville, KY! The Sales & Marketing Coordinator has a pivotal role and will support the company’s marketing initiatives in various ways. This position will also provide support to the sales operations team through reporting, analytics, customer service, and compliance.
Requirements:
• Four-year college degree in Marketing (Business related field) or equivalent years of experience in a Marketing/Sales role.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong technical skills; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Exposure to Salesforce, WordPress and multisite social posting tools.
- Must have hands-on experience working within a marketing department.
- Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry is a plus.
- Must be collaborative with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all digital and print marketing pieces and promotional items from updating to maintaining adequate inventory levels to meet company needs.
- Handle tradeshow and conventions from registration, hotels, travel, and shipment of materials (booth items, banners, marketing material and give-a-ways.)
- Track SEO ratings of website, seek out and implement new techniques for continuous improvement.
•Assist sales representatives in the preparation of Request for Proposal and bid submissions, including obtaining bid bonds.
- Manage all digital and print marketing pieces and promotional items from updating to maintaining adequate inventory levels to meet company needs.
- Assist in the preparation of AIA accredited presentations and manage attendee credits and certificates.
- Serve as backup resource and super user for company CRM system (Salesforce).
- Assist in the creation of monthly/yearly sales reports, analytics and KPIs to meet the needs of upper management.
- Renew contractor’s license for all states.
- Partner with members of the Construction Management Team to ensure CE and GC licenses are renewed in a timely manner.
- Manage lead generation efforts and tools, management of construction data contracts
- Assist in the training of the use of new or revised procedures, system, and forms regarding the sales process.
- Have a working knowledge of the department’s budget for invoice coding and assistance in cost control measures.
