Position Summary

The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment or human resources, along with deep knowledge of the screening, interviewing, and hiring processes. The successful candidate will work closely with our HR Generalist applying business knowledge and recruiting expertise to drive the company people strategy. It is a result driven role, which requires exceptional organizational, communication and people skills. A Typical Day May Include

• Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
• Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.
• Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates.
• Screen resumes and CVs and manage job candidates throughout hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer negotiation.
• Maintain database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other designations.
• Provide coaching and guidance to hiring managers.
• Develop relationships with management to develop awareness of their departments, hiring needs and job specifications.

Requirements:

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience as an HR Recruiter
• Experience with resume databases, ATS, and referral programs
• Sound knowledge of full-cycle recruiting
• Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills
• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office Products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
