Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Lean Manufacturing, and Process
- Control Concepts, Design of Experiments (DOE), Process Validation
- and product/process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
- Use of Problem Solving and Process Improvement Methodologies
- (e.g. 6 Sigma).
- Experience with data analysis (Minitab, JUMP) preferred.
- Experience with Measurement Systems (CMM's, Vision Inspection
- and Profilometers).
- Experience with CAD Software Solid Works, MasterCAM.
- Experience with GD&T ASME Y14.5M-1994.
Experience Required
- Must have min 5 yrs. day to day manufacturing shop floor
- experience from Medical devices manufacturer or similar industry
- Serve as a cross functional team member as primary process and
- manufacturing expert in day-to-day manufacturing processes
- Provides technical direction and guidance to other team members
- Role typically requires more than 5 years of experience in shop floor.
