What You Do

• Collaborate with the photography team in planning and executing photo shoots, including setting up lighting, props, and backgrounds.
• Assist the photography team in transporting and setting up photography equipment for different events.
• Assist photography team with capturing high-quality images during photo shoots, markets, and internal company events, ensuring proper composition, exposure, and focus.
• Post-production tasks, including editing, naming, organizing, retouching, AI Photoshop editing, and color correction, using Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom.
• Organize and maintain digital image libraries, ensuring files are properly labeled, categorized, and archived.
• Collaborate with the photography team to brainstorm creative concepts and ideas for upcoming projects.
• Supports administrative tasks, such as organizing and naming files, resizing images and distributing them to the appropriate platforms.
• Up to date with digital and print photography needs, including sizing and resolution.
• Assist photographer with making sure 100% of the active product is uploaded to the website, digital asset management system, and other digital selling tools.
• Up to date with implementing AI technology and how it relates to photo and video.
• Expert Creative Suite knowledge.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, techniques, and technologies in photography and image editing.
• Take initiative to learn new skills and techniques, seek feedback from mentors, and actively contribute to team discussions and projects.
• Coordinates with marketing team and other key stakeholders to ensure day-to-day needs are met.
• Assist photographer with studio photography and ordering products for white room delivery.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

• Currently enrolled in a photography program or recent graduate with a degree in photography, visual arts, or a related field.
• Passion for photography and video and a strong interest in pursuing a career in photography or a related field.
• Prior experience or coursework in video is a plus.
• Proficiency in using digital cameras and studio photography equipment, including an understanding of exposure, composition, and lighting techniques.
• Knowledge of photo editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, to accommodate photo shoot schedules and markets.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
