Alliance Franchise Brands LLC is seeking an individual that enjoys EMPOWERING SUCCESS in others for our Sales Program Manager/Coach position.

Join our Business Development team and make an immediate impact by developing and managing sales training and coaching programs for business owners and sales professionals across North America. Be part of a dynamic team that helps drive a strong, customer-centric sales culture across local businesses within our network.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Manage the sales support programs including promotions, enrollment, participation, results tracking and awards.
Lead group and one-on-one training sessions with sales representatives and/or business owners on basic sales skills. (New owner training, sales huddles and interactive coaching).
Assist local business owners with onboarding training plans for new sales professionals and customer service representatives.
Manage and update sales training content within our online portals (LMS and intranet), including recording training lessons, creating sales documents and other resources.
Develop modules and training materials that support key product and service offerings (i.e., selling solutions like direct marketing, signs and graphics, promotional products, etc.).

SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

Superior time management, project management and organizational skills.
A passion for working with inside/outside sales reps and developing their skills.
Comfortable creating content and presenting to small and large groups of diverse business owners and sales professionals.

Critical thinker paired with strong attention to detail.
Ability to problem solve in a changing and multi-tasking environment.
Ability to work collaboratively with peers and small business owners in our franchise network.
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet project deadlines.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

4+ years of experience in sales, sales support / training or B2B marketing support.
Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or business-related field preferred
Experience working in a franchise organization desired. And/or experience working with small business owners.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required.
Graphics communication industry knowledge or experience with a CRM is a plus.
