Electronics Quality Inspector
Job Description
- The ideal candidate will have experience working as an Inspector within the electronic manufacturing industry.
- Must have prior experience inspecting PC Boards with SMT and through hole components and wires.
- The Inspector is responsible for inspecting and approving incoming materials by conforming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
- Prepare Certificates of Analysis for customer shipments.
- Document inspection results by completing reports and logs, summarizing re-work and waste and input data into quality database.
Requirements
- IPC-610, IPC-620 Certified or 5 years IPC inspection experience required
- Electro-mechanical Inspection experience is a plus
- Able to communicate effectively with various departments
- Strong computer skills
- Able to comply with ITAR regulations as specified for military/government production setting
