Install Supervisor

The Installation Supervisor manages the installation process to ensure homeowner delight while focusing efforts to meet and/or exceed quality installation and budget expectations. Ensures that installation process associates are prepared and able to deliver flawless installation and service the first time.
RESPONSIBILITES
- Continuously ensures homeowner satisfaction, as measured through customer satisfaction surveys.
- Maintains current knowledge of Renewal by Andersen products and installation methods.
- Understands contract provisions and Renewal by Andersen project delivery processes.
- Works with installation crews to ensure high quality workmanship and properly completed installation.
- Coordinates with Production Manager and Warehouse Supervisor to maintain installation schedule.
- Ensures that all safe work practices are implemented, and crews are in compliance with IIPP.
- Facilitates project follow-up regarding reordered products and service work needed.
- Work with customers to resolve installation issues, punch list completion and final payment.
- Understands and works within Renewal by Andersen established workflow processes.
- Performs any other related, unrelated, unassigned, unspecified, out of the ordinary or special duties that may be assigned.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, character and/or ability required.
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience in home improvement or other closely related field.
- Previous customer service experience, especially win/win problem solving, and conflict resolution skills required.
- Proficient working with computers; database experience.
- Experience within the window replacement industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of applicable building codes and construction techniques.
- To drive a Renewal by Andersen or personal vehicle, employees are required to hold a driver’s license and current auto policy as required by law and provide a copy to the Human Resource Department.
