Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts and components. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and opportunities for career growth.

Duties:

Set up and operate CNC machines according to provided specifications
Load raw materials into the machine and monitor the production process
Perform quality control checks to ensure parts meet required standards
Make adjustments to machine settings as needed for optimal performance
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
Use SolidWorks software for programming CNC machines
Assemble finished parts as necessary
Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during production
Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:

Proficiency in operating CNC machines
Mechanical knowledge and understanding of machine tools and equipment
Ability to us measuring instruments, such as micrometers, dial Indicators & tape measures to ensure accurate dimensions
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
