Full Time Prep Cook - (7 AM - 4 PM CST / Sun to Thurs)

Job Summary:

To produce and maintain the quality of menu prep items assigned to your station according to the company's menu recipes and specifications. To ensure the company's, safety, sanitation and food standards are met according to recipes, procedures, quality and timeliness.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

Working hours: SUNDAY - THURSDAY (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM)

1-2 years’ hands-on kitchen experience preferred

Safely and efficiently use knives and other tools, utensils and equipment necessary to complete preparation of menu items.

Ability to prep day to day items with speed, accuracy and quality

Prepare ingredients and food items needed for company recipes

Experience with high volume daily production or commissary kitchen helpful

Experience in-scale food production required, maintaining rigorous high quality and safety standards

Maintain good quality standards including consistency and presentation

Must follow all recommended safety precautions regarding COVID-19 including mask wearing, hand washing and sanitizing plus practice social distancing.

Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures.

Maintain a clean and orderly work area.

Be able to withstand extended periods of time on your feet

Communicate cordially, effectively and clearly with all employees, managers, and co-workers

Able to multi-task effectively

Accept direction and feedback from management

Perform calmly and effectively in a multi-task work environment

Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Occasionally, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Arrive to work on time and ready to work

Educational Requirements:

At least 1 to 2 years of work or related experience preferred

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
