To be successful at our company, you must be committed to quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.

  • We offer company-sponsored medical, dental, and vision coverage, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

  • All full-time employees are eligible for our 401(k) with up to 4% company match after only 180 days.
  • We work in a modern, 65,787 sq. ft. air-conditioned facility with dust and weld fume extraction systems, first-class amenities, and convenient parking.
  • As an official licensee of Ford Motor Company, Revology employees are eligible for discounts on new Ford and Lincoln vehicles for themselves and immediate family members.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Auto Body Technician Apprentices at Revology Cars will complete a four-month training program prior to being assigned a permanent position.
  • Training will be "on the job". Apprentices will be assigned a trainer who will work with them during the apprentice period to ensure they learn how to perform all tasks correctly and within cycle time prior to being assigned a permanent position.
  • Upon graduation from the apprentice program, technicians will be assigned a permanent position, at the standard pay rate for that position, and be expected to meet quality and cycle time standards for that position.
