Deburr / Hand finisher WEEKENDS

CMI Group is looking to hire hand finishers at our NORTH Phoenix location!

Defense & Aerospace Machine Shop (North Phoenix - 101 & Cave Creek Rd)

Eligible for Quarterly Shop Bonus Plan!

• Weekend Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday (Full time)
• Starting at $17-120 per hour

Basic Qualifications:

· DEBURR/HANDFINISH PARTS PER SKETCH/BLUE PRINT INSTRUCTIONS AND OR DEPARTMENT/LEAD/SUPERVISOR INSTRUCTIONS READ AND UNDERSTAND BASIC BLUE PRINT NOTES AND DEBURR SKETCHES

· COMMUNICATE AND FOLLOW VERBAL INSTRUCTIONS

Other experience that includes:

· PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE USING A MICRO BLASTER IS A PLUS

· THE USE OF MICROSCOPES

· HAND HELD AIR AND ELECTRIC DEBURRING TOOLS

· KNOWLEDGE AND USE OF DEBURRING ABRASIVES,AND BURRS FOR SEPCIFIC MATERIALS

Preferred Skills:

· MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE

· CLEANING OF PARTS AS NECCESARY

Physical Requirements:

· ABLE TO LIFT UP TO 35 LBS

· ABILITY TO SIT AT WORK STATION FOR EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME
