Double-check shipment commodities and documents, ensuring everything is in order.

1. Organization Guru:

1. • Keep our paperwork game strong by staying organized and making sure information is easily accessible.

Be the go-to person for maintaining a tidy system for all things logistics-related.

1. Communication Whiz:

1. • Talk the talk with international contacts and our valued freight carriers, ensuring smooth collaboration.

Work closely with internal teams to gather the necessary details for accurate billing.

Qualifications:

      Team Player:

• Thrives in a collaborative environment, demonstrating a strong commitment to teamwork.

Ability to seamlessly work with internal teams and contribute to a positive and cohesive work culture.

      Tech Savvy:

• Comfortable navigating Microsoft Excel and Outlook Mail for seamless communication and data management.
• Acctivate experience a plus, but not required

• Proven ability to keep paperwork in order and maintain meticulous records.

Detail-oriented with a knack for accuracy.

      People Person:

• Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Requirements:
