Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the quality control process to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and company standards.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to maintain product quality and safety.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify any deviations or non-conformities in the manufacturing process.
- Coordinate with production teams to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor product quality trends and identify areas for improvement.
- Train and educate employees on quality control procedures, standards, and best practices.
- Utilize tools such as HACCP, Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), calipers, and other measuring instruments to perform quality checks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in quality control or assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and quality management systems.
- Proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting using statistical methods.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify deviations or non-conformities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to implement effective corrective actions.
- Knowledge of QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
