Job Description
1. Provide IT Level 2 PC/Laptop support
2. Assist in Return To Office (RTO) activities including but not limited to, desk setup, desk cables, monitor and dock hookup, and connection testing.
3. Provide troubleshooting support for customers in the office with their device connections.
4. Move and/or swap equipment between desks as needed.
5. Escalate issues as needed internally with IT partners and teams.
