As a unionized employee, you can earn an additional $100-$300 as a weekly bonus after 30 days of employment. We are currently seeking a Machine Operator Helper in Sauk Rapids, MN, where you will assist a machine operator with daily tasks.

Positions Available on 2nd & 3rd Shift:

2nd Shift: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm
3rd Shift: 11:00 pm - 7:00 am
Overtime as needed.

Pay Rate:

2nd Shift: $21.10/hr. + $0.50 shift differential
3rd Shift: $21.10/hr. + $0.85 shift differential

Responsibilities:

Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor or manager.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
Complete all tasks within the given timeframe.
Perform other related duties as directed by the Supervisor.

Skills and Abilities:

Basic reading and writing skills in English.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements:

Manufacturing experience preferred.
High school diploma or GED.
Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
Able to stand for the majority of the workday.
Able to perform repetitive job functions, including hand mobility, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling.
