Given the rapid expansion of the Americas, Roland Berger is looking for a Director of Marketing to lead the Americas region to continue to develop and implement strategies to strengthen Roland Berger's market presence.
Job Description

The Americas Director of Marketing will be responsible for regional marketing activities, including media relations, digital marketing, content production and lead generation. The Director of Marketing will develop the regional marketing strategy including the regional marketing goals, in alignment with the global marketing goals. The Director of Marketing should help expand Roland Berger's brand awareness and marketing footprint.
This role will report directly to Senior Management, have a team of 3 and is a great opportunity to join a growing business and a passionate team. This role can be aligned to either our Boston or Chicago office location.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a senior, proven Marketing leader (with at least 8+ years of experience) who is dedicated to expanding Roland Berger's marketing strategy as best-in-class.

- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about Roland Berger in alignment with the global marketing strategy
- Deploy successful content marketing campaigns and own end-to-end implementation from ideation to execution
- Deploy CRM based demand generation/email marketing campaigns utilizing HubSpot and other marketing automation tools.
- Generate ideas to increase brand reputation and user engagement
- Innovate with a variety of owned and earned acquisition channels - media relations, content creation, content curation, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copyediting, performance analysis, and much more
- Build strategic relationships and partner with media, influencers and agencies
- Produce valuable and engaging content for the Roland Berger website that attracts and converts target groups
- Cooperation with several stakeholders (partner, clients, media, government, and industry bodies) and the Global Marketing & Communications team.
- Manage regional marketing team in Americas
- Cooperation with several stakeholders (partner, clients, media, government, and industry bodies) and the Global Marketing & Communications team.
- Identify indicators, approaches, and methodologies to measure campaign and channel effectiveness against market and content objectives
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a senior, proven Marketing leader (with at least 8+ years of experience) who is dedicated to expanding Roland Berger's marketing strategy as best-in-class.
- 8+ years of relevant work experience
- 2+ years of experience managing a team
- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or economics
- Experience working in a global organization
- Professional services experience is preferred
- Understanding of cross-channel marketing priorities for B2B, incl lead generation campaigns based on a CRM tool
- Cross-channel experience in identifying target audiences and creating marketing strategies
- Experience in media relations
- Creative thinker and great team worker
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and time effectively
- Skilled in managing budgets
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
