Job Description
Expert Staffing has an IMMEDIATE opening for an experienced Shipping & Receiving Clerk in Newburyport, MA! This is a temp to hire position that will offer career advancement,
Starting Rate: $17.00-$18.11/Hr. (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday (6:00am-2:30pm)
Job Duties:
- Preform all shipping and receiving administrative duties (i.e shipping records, data entry and answering incoming calls)
- Operate forklift, pallet jacks and drum dollies
- Receive material from vendors and preform data entry of data to ensure accuracy
- Utilize label printer
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies, compose paperwork, analyze and trouble shoot
- Package and prepare materials for shipment
- Preform cycle counts and inventory audits
- Count, label and bag material
- Review documentation for accuracy of delivers
Skills & Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience is required
- Previous Inventory or Shipping and Receiving experience
- Ability to read, speak and write English
- Ability to work in cold environment
- Ability to preform basic math
- Ability to frequently list more than 50lbs
