Install Technician

Job Description:

• Diagnose problems, provide solutions, and perform required services on overhead doors

• Collaboration on problem-solving and coordination of parts & services with the service scheduler to ensure effective and efficient job resolutions

• Provide estimates for required tech hours for a service call; as well as, the cost to fix vs replace doors • Contribute to Branch development by actively seeking new customers while building upon current customer relations

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 1+ years of Service /Install experience in the same or similar industry

• Rytec/High-speed Door Experience strongly preferred

• Must have valid driver's license with a clean MVR

• CDI Certification is an asset but not a requirement

• Relevant safety training & tickets (ie Fall Protection, Elevated Work Platform, Standard First Aid) are preferred • Ability to travel both in and out of state

• Availability to remain out of area for job duration

• Able to drive in the Atlanta traffic

Preferential Experience

• High-speed warehouse door installation: 1 year (Preferred)

• Overhead door installation: 3 years (Preferred)

• Electrical installation: 3 years (Preferred)

• Sectional and Rolling Steel Door Installation: 1 year (Preferred)
