General Summary:

We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting role for an individual with passion and expertise managing marketing and creative for beauty and skincare brands.

Who You Are:

• A beauty and skincare industry marketing professional, who knows the landscape, key ingredients, competitors and how to position products effectively including in a direct-response, digital marketing context.
• Someone who has brought products to market in channels like direct-to-consumer (eCommerce), database marketing and Amazon
• A true team player with the ability to collaborate well with many stakeholders
• Self-motivated and results driven. You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment; always eager to learn more and broaden your experiences.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage omni-channel marketing for beauty and skincare brands.
• Lead and develop creative concepts and marketing efforts for those brands.
• Manage our creative agencies to craft/brainstorm videos for our Social and other digital channels to positively impact performance.
• Manage social media agencies to oversee content creation and community management for those channels.
• Be the internal expert on the brand(s) you manage, developing deep knowledge of the products and brand positioning, and advocating for the brand voice and marketing performance, internally and externally
• Collaborate with channel marketing to grow brand performance across existing and new channels: Web, Database Marketing, Digital, Amazon, Retail, Shopping Channel, Social
• Act as brand advocate and develop brand and product positioning through deep understanding of target consumers, industry trends and competitive brands.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Brand Marketing, CPG Product Marketing
• Must have experience in beauty, including anti-aging skincare
• Superior project, time and budget management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-starter, takes initiative – entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable with evolving strategies

Environmental, Psychological and Physiological Requirements:

• The work will be performed inside a multi-story office building with elevators and stairs
• The person must be able to remain in a stationary position for up to 50% of the time
• Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery and conference rooms
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a copy machine, printer and calculator
• Frequently communicates with employees who have inquiries
• Ability to learn technical material and apply the knowledge to their work
