The Cow Creek Band of The Umpqua Tribe of Indians is seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as a Behavioral Health Consultant. This position is Full-Time and is Not a Remote Job.
Duties and Responsibilities- Provide individual and group therapy sessions for clients dealing with mental health issues
- Evaluate client's mental health and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Monitor and assess client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Provide crisis intervention services as necessary
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field
- Licensure as a Mental Health Counselor, Psychologist, or Clinical Social Worker
- Experience working in a behavioral health setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques
