Commercial Sales Specialist

North Point CDJR is seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Commercial Sales Consultant. As a key member of our commercial sales department, you will play a crucial role in driving sales to local and out-of-state business clientele, with a particular focus on heavy-duty trucks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell to local and out-of-state business clientele, focusing on heavy-duty trucks.
• Act as a liaison between our Business Development Center (BDC) department and commercial sales department.
• Prospect and follow up with new and current clients via recorded texts, calls, and emails as per management follow up requirements.
• Handle inquiries related to heavy-duty trucks and provide expert guidance to clients.
• Communicate with different upfitters for service bodies, dump bodies, and other modifications as per client requirements.
• Facilitate transactions and transportation scheduling between the upfitter and the client, ensuring smooth processes.
• Assist clients with quotes and financing options, collaborating closely with sales managers.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in commercial sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of heavy-duty trucks and upfitting processes is a plus.
