WORK WEEK SCHEDULE
Monday - Friday; weekends as needed
WORK HOURS
40- additional hours may be required.
Start time 7:15am with productive work time starting upon arrival.

The Laborer is responsible for performing a variety of work tasks (general physical labor) assisting with the completion of landscape construction projects and snow removal. This person must operate a variety of tools and equipment to carry out specific job tasks.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Follow instructions; perform work quickly and efficiently with excellence of work.
Ability to walk, stand, crouch, lift (50 lbs.+) and carry out strenuous physical tasks.
Work outdoors in various conditions including heat, rain and cold.
Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, small engines, and heavy equipment.
Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
LANDSCAPE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Assist crew with the following tasks:
Construct walkways and patios, walls, decks, structures.
Dig and perform land clearing activities.
Plant and maintain garden beds and lawns.
Load, unload and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
Operate various tools and equipment; perform preventative maintenance and cleaning of such items.
Job site tidiness.
Truck Cleanliness.
Perform other duties as assigned.
SNOW RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Assist crew with the following tasks:
Analyze and improve organizational processes, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
Install Satellite Salt Bins.
Ensure Equipment expansion is done and complete for season.
Ensure all properties are marked prior to the first storm of the season.
Ensure all equipment is serviced and ready for operation.
Ensure all equipment is in the proper location for storm operations.
Perform snow and ice removal and management services to territory assigned.
Communicate with Ownership, General Manager and Subcontractors.
Ensure trucks and equipment are properly cleaned and serviced and ready for the next storm.
Ensure all plow markers are cleaned up and returned to WLSM.
Ensure all equipment is cleaned up and returned to its proper storage area.
Perform other duties as assigned.
