We are seeking an entry-level Personal Assistant to provide administrative and organizational support to our executives and team members. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. As an Entry Level Personal Assistant at Createify Form, you will play a crucial role in helping our team stay organized and focused on achieving their objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings, making travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports. Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including booking venues, arranging catering, and preparing materials.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files, documents, and records. Assist with document preparation, editing, and formatting as needed. Ensure that all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- Prioritize and manage tasks and assignments for executives and team members. Follow up on action items, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion. Anticipate needs and proactively address issues to support productivity and efficiency.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in office administration or related field is a plus.
- Prior experience in an administrative or assistant role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
