Job Summary: Constructs, erects, installs, and repairs structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard
Essential Job Functions:
- Must be able to load and unload construction material.
- Must have skill and knowledge of carpentry tools and techniques
- Must be self confident and be able to make decisions
- Must be able to set and remove form work and do other related tasks.
- Must be physically capable.
- Must be able to perform light duty maintenance.
- Must be able to operate power tools
- Must be able to place concrete in forms
- Must be able to lift 100 plus pounds
Other Job Functions:
- Must be able to maintain proper housekeeping and yard maintenance
- Must be able to perform other job descriptions such as construction carpenter, cement finisher, iron worker and other construction tasks assigned by employer or supervisor.
Essential Job Requirements – Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old to operate power tools.
- Must be in physical working condition.
- Valid drivers license is preferred
Pay Range, Salary and/or Pay grade Information:
Negotiable upon experience and knowledge
