Talent Corps is Seeking a Sheet Metal Mechanic in the Houston, TX area. This is a Full Time role, potentially going temp to perm.
Job Requirements:
· Operate sheet metal machinery, including shears, brakes, and rollers, to cut, bend, and shape metal sheets according to design requirements.
· Assemble and install sheet metal products, such as ductwork and ventilation systems, contributing to various construction projects.
· Verify design plans to ensure the accurate creation of sheet metal pieces that meet project specifications.
· Ensure the proper upkeep and maintenance of tools and equipment for seamless and efficient operation.
· Conduct inspections of completed installations to guarantee compliance with quality standards.
· Prioritize quality, precision, and attention to detail, consistently exceeding client expectations and enhancing the company's reputation in sheet metal fabrication.
· Contribute to ongoing improvements by providing valuable insights, enhancing fabrication processes for increased efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
Must have a minimum of 2 years experience
Must have all PPE for job sites
