Shipping and Receiving Clerk

We are currently looking for a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our Operations Department. Under limited supervision, the Shipping and Receiving Clerk will be responsible for assisting in the efficient operation and management of the warehouse by performing duties associated with inventory control and shipping and receiving. They will provide all services in a courteous and professional manner.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process, pack, and ship orders accurately.
• Maintain inventory of products; restock as needed.
• Inspect products for damages; report as needed.
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
• Receive and appropriately sort and store incoming products.
• Follow all safety protocol and warehouse procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of two (2) years of previous warehouse or administrative support experience.
• Excellent communication skills and inventory management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CRM, and Sage 100.
• Excellent knowledge of customer service principles.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
