WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

This position works in our auto repair shop from 7:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday.

As a Service Advisor - Automotive Customer Service Rep, you are a vital connection between our customers and our technicians. When our clients come in, you are the person who greets them and offers the type of courteous customer service they will never forget. As you discuss the service or repairs, you prioritize requests and offer options for other services to benefit their vehicles. Because you are honest and upfront, our customers trust your recommendations and feel like we have their best interests at heart.

Attentive to their circumstances, you keep them informed on completion times, service expenses, and any changes that occur. You also balance the schedule to make sure that our technicians' time is optimized so that we are meeting our forecasted sales. Efficient and organized, you keep our technicians busy and our auto repair shop running like a well-oiled machine. You feel great knowing you're making our customers happy and helping them quickly and safely return to the road!

WHAT'S NEEDED?

• 1+ of experience as a service writer in the auto repair industry
