New Outpatient office in Beautiful Detroit Area(North End) in need of a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Masters of Social Work( LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker(LCSW)to assist clients with mental health outpatient. This is a part time until clientele will lead into a full time position. Flexible hours.

Seeking a team of certified and/or preferably licensed LCSW ,LMSW, PLC with a minimum of two years post-degree clinical experience treating behavioral health. Ideal candidates must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain professional boundaries while effectively engaging clients from a variety of cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.

Duties
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the appropriate treatment plan for clients
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in emergency situations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
- Stay current on research and best practices for counseling
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and principles
- Experience with case management and coordinating care for clients
- Proficiency in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
- Familiarity with coding systems such as ICD-9 for accurate documentation
- Ability to provide behavioral therapy techniques
- Skill in data collection and analysis to evaluate treatment effectiveness
- Crisis management skills to handle emergency situations
