Hilltop Child and Family Development Center provides families the building blocks for a solid foundation. We are seeking energetic, experienced teachers. These positions will provide nurturing care and early education to children at our early childhood development center.

Duties

• Advance the physical and intellectual growth and development of the children by providing care and early education.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary and healthy learning environment by following licensing, accreditation and center guidelines.
• Communicate with parents/guardians to establish good rapport and a positive, productive working relationship.
• Maintain a commitment to the profession of early care and education.
• Support the social and emotional development and provide positive guidance of children served.

Qualifications

Teacher - High School diploma or CDA. CDA must be earned within the first year of employment.

Program Teacher - Bachelor's Degree. Three years of experience preferred.
