Job Description

Job Description:

In our experience, we have run into a plethora of financial industry professionals that have hit the limits of their current employer. With most firms, they offer proprietary products and services that can't be offered anywhere else. What that means is that there are limits to what you can offer your clients AND we have seen many cases where clients are lost due to that fact. ALSO, most places make it clear that you can't take your clients and business when you decide to make a change!

If you are seeking to break free from the binds and frustrations of your current firm, we'd like to talk! Are you looking for a platform that you can make your own and be a part of a team that allows you to offer products, without the restrictions of a traditional firm? Apply today because we'd like to help you take your career as a financial professional to the next level!

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Wealth Manager. As a Wealth Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing client relationships, providing comprehensive financial guidance, and delivering tailored wealth management solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute personalized wealth management strategies to help clients achieve their financial objectives, including investment planning, retirement planning, estate planning, tax optimization, and risk management.
  • Conduct in-depth financial assessments to understand clients' financial situations, goals, and preferences.
  • Recommend and implement appropriate investment strategies and asset allocation models based on clients' risk tolerance, time horizon, and investment objectives.
  • Monitor and review clients' portfolios regularly to assess performance, rebalance asset allocations, and adjust investment strategies as needed.
  • Provide ongoing financial advice, guidance, and education to clients, addressing their concerns, questions, and changing needs.
  • Cultivate and expand client relationships through proactive communication, networking, and referral generation efforts.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes to provide informed investment advice and strategic recommendations.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies to ensure ethical standards and protect clients' interests.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, investment advisory, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management principles.
  • Proven track record of success in building and managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation preferred.
  • Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 and Series 65) licenses required.
  • Life Insurance License License in Texas REQUIRED.

Compensation:

This position offers a commission-only compensation structure with earning potential ranging from $100,000 to $300,000+ annually, based on individual performance and productivity.

Benefits:
